About Me 🖤​

​I'm a mom to two awesome boys, a cat mama and a proud plants lover with about 20 houseplants and always rooms for more 😅.

About 5 years ago, I started a personal journey because I was tired of feeling lost and disconnected from myself. I knew I wanted more - more peace, more purpose, and more joy - but I didn't yet know what that looked like. 

​

That journey let me create Glow & Grow, a heart-led community rooted in healing, growth, and self love. It became a place not only for me to grow, but for others to feel seen, supported, and inspired to begin their own journey too. 

​

As I continued to grow, I felt a strong pull to create something with my hands. I missed being creative. I wanted to make things that felt meaningful - pieces that could bring calm, comfort, and intention into everyday life. That's when A🖤 Studio was born.

Today, Glow & Grow and A🖤 Studio are reflections of my own becoming - and an invitation for you to slow down, reconnect, and rise in your own way.
